Paul D. enjoys baking. Here he's made a batch of Andes Chocolate Mint Chip cookies. We call these the dangerous cookies, unlike regular chocolate chip cookies, these are not as rich and you end up eating more and getting that sick feeling before you know it.



These are chocolate covered peppermint sugar cookies. Paul wanted to add a little extra to his usual sugar cookies so he decided not to sprinkle sugar on them and put chocolate icing with some bits of a candy cane sprinkled on top.
