I cried and cried, watching this video. My heart breaks for the couple and their loss of precious baby Thomas. Romans 12:15 - "Rejoice with them that do rejoice, and weep with them that weep."
I am reminded of Romans 5:1-5 and James 1:2-4.
Romans 5:1-5
1Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with GOD through
our Lord Jesus Christ:
2By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we
stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of GOD.
3And not only so, but we glory in tribulations (pressure, affliction,
anguish, burdened, persecution, trouble.) also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience;
4And patience, experience; and experience, hope:
5And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of GOD is shed abroad in
our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.
James 1:2-4
2My brethren, count it all joy (cheerfulness, calm, diligence, gladness)
when ye fall (be surrounded with) into diverse (various) temptations (experiences, adversities);
3Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience.
4But let patience have her perfect (complete, whole) work, that ye may be
perfect (complete, whole) and entire (complete in every part) wanting nothing.
Consider the words of Apostle Paul to us in these scriptures and may we count it all joy!
